2. DELIVERY COSTS
Will be quoted on check out inline with customer defined delivery method.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES & RECEIVING  
Standard & Express post options are inline with Australia Post services.

All deliveries require customer SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left an Australia Post calling card and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office where you can collect the package from, by providing with your Photo ID.

Items that are not collected within a timely manner or within the allocated time period allowed for in the calling card may be returned to RILLA CLOTHING.

In this case we will attempt to contact you to discuss delivery rearrangement.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESSES
You must specify a physical street addresses, or Australia Post PO Box.
Along with your contact on site name at this address / PO Box for delivery.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email detailing the order tracking
number.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 30 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by Australia Post Tracking) to return or exchange any article (discounted or not) that is not entirely satisfactory. Please follow the procedure detailed in the next section.
Note: RILLA CLOTHING will refuse to accept any damaged, worn, soiled or incomplete
articles (label and original packaging required).

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES – PROCEDURE

  • For RETURNS: Once the returned article(s) have been received and processed by our
    Logistics department, a refund will be made as soon as possible, via a method at
    our full discretion. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to clear.
  • For EXCHANGES: Once the returned article(s) have been received fir exchange and
    processed by our Logistics department, we will exchange items as per your
    requirements and resend these to you, inline with standard delivery processing.
    Please note that additional re-delivery costs will be billed to you for exchange,
    As well as any difference in price between your original order and your exchange order.
    We do not charge a restocking fee.

and processed inline with our returns policy a credit for postage will be issued through to
via EFT bank transfer to your nominated bank account.
